The table below gives an approximate, comparative picture. **Type of Program** **Typical Fee Range (₹)** **What It Usually Includes** Written-exam-only coaching (non-residential) 30,000 – 80,000 per course Mathematics, GAT, mock tests, study material Written exam + SSB interview coaching 60,000 – 1,20,000 per course Above, plus SSB simulation, GTO tasks, personal interview practice Full residential (school/degree + defence coaching) 1,85,000 – 3,85,000 per year Schooling/degree classes, coaching, hostel, food, physical training, uniform/kit in some cases ## **How to Choose the Best NDA Coaching Institute** **Factor** **Why It Matters** Verified track record Ask for a recent, batch-wise list of selections (not just a lifetime total) and, where possible, speak to alumni or current students. SSB training availability An institute offering integrated SSB preparation saves you from having to join a second academy later for interview training. Faculty experience Look for subject faculty with several years of competitive-exam experience, plus retired defence officers for physical training and SSB/OLQ mentoring. Batch size Smaller batches generally mean more individual doubt-solving and mentorship — ask about the student-to-faculty ratio. Hostel & infrastructure If you are relocating, check hostel safety, food quality, medical support and the overall campus environment in person if possible. Transparent fee structure A trustworthy institute will give you a clear, written fee breakdown with no hidden charges, and a stated refund/cancellation policy. Girls' batches (if relevant) If you are a female aspirant, confirm whether the institute has dedicated batches, women faculty/wardens, and safety-focused hostel arrangements. ## **Conclusion** Rajasthan's defence coaching ecosystem has matured well beyond a handful of cities from Prince NDA Academy's large residential campus in Sikar to the growing clusters of institutes in Jaipur, Kota, Jhunjhunu and Jodhpur. The right institute for you depends on your budget, whether you need a residential setup, and how strong the institute's recent (not just lifetime) results are. Use the comparison tables and checklist in this guide as a starting point, but always confirm current fees, faculty and results directly with the institute, and visit the campus if you can, before enrolling. ## FAQs **Which is the best NDA coaching institute in Rajasthan in 2026?** There is no single best institute for every student. Alpha NDA Academy in Sikar is widely chosen for integrated SSB mentoring and residential discipline, while Edge Academy Kota, Tagore Defence Academy Kuchaman, Gurukul Foundation Defence Jhunjhunu, and Naveen Defence Academy Jodhpur each suit different budgets and city preferences. Compare recent selection data, demo classes, and hostel facilities before enrolling. **What is the fee range for NDA coaching in Rajasthan with hostel?** NDA coaching fees in Rajasthan typically range from about ₹30,000 for short written-only modules to ₹2,40,000 for one-year residential foundation programs with schooling. Hostel and mess charges often add ₹6,000 to ₹11,500 per month depending on room type and city. **Does Alpha NDA Academy Sikar offer coaching for girls?** Yes. Alpha NDA Academy in Sikar offers dedicated NDA coaching batches for girls alongside its foundation, Class 12 integrated, and post-12th programs. Confirm seat availability and hostel arrangements directly with the academy before admission. **When do new NDA batches start in Rajasthan coaching institutes in 2026?** Most Rajasthan defence academies start major batches in April, June, July, September, and October to align with NDA exam cycles. Alpha NDA Academy’s Spartans Batch is expected around 1 April 2026, while institutes like Naveen Defence Academy Jodhpur also offer monthly batch starts. **Is SSB interview preparation included in Rajasthan NDA coaching fees?** It depends on the institute and package. Edge Academy Kota and Alpha NDA Academy Sikar generally integrate SSB orientation into full programs. Naveen Defence Academy Jodhpur offers SSB preparation as a separate module costing roughly ₹8,000 to ₹12,000. Always confirm inclusions in writing. **Can I prepare for NDA while studying in Class 11 or 12?** Yes. Several Rajasthan institutes offer foundation courses that combine school education with early NDA preparation. Alpha NDA Academy and Tagore Defence Academy run long-term foundation batches. Choose a schedule that does not compromise board exam performance. **How many selections does Gurukul Foundation Defence Jhunjhunu claim?** Gurukul Foundation Defence reports more than 1,250 cumulative selections across various defence services over its operating years since 2010. Ask the institute for recent batch-wise NDA and SSB figures rather than relying only on lifetime totals. **Is physical training necessary during NDA coaching?** Yes. Clearing the NDA written exam does not guarantee final selection. SSB and medical boards assess fitness, stamina, and officer-like qualities. Rajasthan institutes such as Naveen Defence Academy and Alpha NDA Academy include physical training, but daily personal exercise remains essential. **How is NDA coaching in Sikar different from Kota?** Sikar institutes like Alpha NDA Academy emphasize residential discipline, SSB mentorship, and defence-specific routines in a quieter Shekhawati setting. Kota’s Edge Academy brings a competitive test-series culture familiar to JEE and NEET students, with strong mock-test systems. Both cities offer credible options; your choice depends on learning style and budget. **What documents should I carry for NDA coaching admission in Rajasthan?** Typically carry Aadhaar or ID proof, recent passport-size photographs, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets or admit cards, transfer certificate if applicable, medical fitness notes if requested, and parent or guardian ID for hostel admission. Institutes may also ask for an admission form fee—confirm the list on a counselling visit. - [Akshay Kakkar](https://www.sikarstudypoint.com/author/akshay-kakkar.md): Author - **Canonical HTML**: https://www.sikarstudypoint.com/news/rajasthans-best-nda-coaching-institutes-2026-fees-results-selection-rate - **Last updated**: Oct 30, 2026 - [Agent index](https://www.sikarstudypoint.com/llms.txt): llms.txt for this site
